Center for Integrative Oncology and Survivorship
Restoring you to full health – mind, body and spirit
Cancer survivors face long-term challenges as a result of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation treatments. At Prisma Health’s Center for Integrative Oncology and Survivorship (CIOS), we take your whole being — not just your cancer — into account. Our goal is to help reduce the stress and side effects of your cancer treatment, strengthen your immune system and encourage you to discover new ways to cope. CIOS is one of the first of its kind in the nation, providing a holistic approach to increase your quality of life and decrease potential cancer risks. Our multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals provide direct services and referrals for patients throughout their cancer journey. We work with you to identify the most appropriate resources and create a plan to optimize your physical and emotional health after your cancer treatment. From the time of your diagnosis, you are understood by our team as a survivor. We are dedicated to assisting you with living your best life with a cancer diagnosis.
