Patients are cared for in a therapeutic setting by a caring, compassionate team that includes a doctor, clinical therapists, pharmacist, social workers, mental health technicians and nurses. These caregivers provide an assessment and stabilize symptoms through safe medication management. Each patient has an individualized treatment plan that addresses their specific illness and surrounding issues. Therapy may include groups, individual, family and marital sessions.

Child and adolescent

This inpatient program is designed to serve children ages 5–17 who have trouble managing in an outpatient setting. The emotional, physical and educational needs of each patient are assessed and treated. The goal of hospitalization is stabilization, with family therapy making up a large component of the treatment.

Older adults (Geropsychiatry)

Our inpatient program provides assessment and treatment of psychiatric illness to those age 55 or older and focuses on current symptoms that require acute inpatient treatment. As a result of treatment, current symptoms can be expected to improve significantly through medically necessary and appropriate therapy. Our experienced team of professionals evaluates for signs of depression, bipolar illness, anxiety, psychosis and other mood disorders.
