Prisma Health understands the financial responsibilities that a health care visit may place on any patient – insured or uninsured.
During preregistration, registration or discharge, a representative can discuss an estimate of the amount you may owe. If an estimate cannot be provided, a deposit may be requested. You will receive a bill for any remaining amount due.
Payment arrangement options or financial assistance
Uninsured or underinsured
Prisma Health offers payment arrangement options for both uninsured and underinsured patients who do not qualify for financial assistance.
- In-house interest free payments for up to four months in duration.
- Payments needed beyond four months are available through AccessOne as interest free loans for up to 12 months or as low interest loans for those needing additional accommodations.
Remaining bill balances
Representatives are available to assist patients with payment arrangements for remaining balances of bills not covered under insurance or financial assistance. Patients may contact a customer service representative for details at one of the numbers listed below:
