Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program

The Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program (CIIRP) at Roger C. Peace RCPH offers a variety of services and maintains specialty accreditation by the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). RCPH provides rehabilitation to individuals with various diagnoses, injuries or illnesses that require acute inpatient rehabilitation. These may include but are not limited to patients with multi-trauma, Guillen Barre or cardiac debility.

Inpatient rehabilitation services include:

  • A comprehensive and interdisciplinary team of physiatrists, nurses, dietitians, therapists, case managers and psychologists dedicated to providing expert care to people with comprehensive rehabilitation needs
  • A specialty unit including patient rooms, nursing care units, and gym space specifically designed to meet the unique needs of a person with comprehensive rehabilitation needs
  • Specialized medical management, nursing and therapy in a hospital setting
  • Psychology services
  • Individualized family training to prepare families and caregivers for a safe transition home.
  • Co-treatment with interdisciplinary teams
  • Community outings
  • Transition to the next appropriate level of care when you graduate from the inpatient rehabilitation program
