Over 500 community members participated, including Prisma Health team members.

Community partner, Centre Stage, hosted the Prisma Health Mobile Vaccination Clinic on Saturday, August 14, where 30 community members and theater artists received vaccines! A second clinic has been scheduled for Saturday, September 11.

Our branded support of The Children’s Museum of the Upstate’s Back to School Bash leveraged an additional $16,000 for STEAM education funding. Buddy the Bear was onsite to welcome 650 participants.

Our support of the Centre Stage Fringe Series presented by Prisma Health allows us to use the arts in a way that creates meaningful conversation, targeting difficult topics like mental illness. Dr. Karen Lommel summarizes our 2021 partnership in this sponsor video message:

After a year of virtual programming, Upstate partner Ten at the Top, hosted an in-person networking event showcasing corporate partners.  This unique opportunity allowed our Business Health Solutions team to make beneficial connections and showcase Prisma Health as a value leader.

Prisma Health Night at the Drive offered a fun way to recognize team members for their hard work and dedication to our purpose during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Over 1,000 tickets were provided at a subsidized rate, allowing team members and their families to enjoy baseball, an all-you-can-eat buffet, games, and ice cream social!  This event also showcased Prisma Health as a terrific place to work and a good community neighbor!

US Senator Lindsey Graham, SC Senator Thomas Alexander, SC Representative Bill Sandifer, and Clemson Mayor Robert Halfacre were just a few of the VIPs in attendance at the Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital ED Expansion Groundbreaking Ceremony on August 24.  An all-star lineup of speakers including COO Clarence Sevillian, OMH Emergency Medicine Director Dr. Bill Chiles, and CEO Hunter Kome showcased Prisma Health’s commitment to improving access to services and patient experience.
